He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Delmar Patrick and Rebecca Ann Hogue Patrick; and his brother Bill Patrick. He is survived by: his children, Curtis Patrick (Alexa) and Michelle Faulkner (Lake); and his siblings, Delmar Patrick (Cris), Jane Patrick, John Patrick (Judy), Michael Patrick and Donna Patrick Worman (Rance Phillips). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to Riley Children's Hospital, in Scott's memory.
