She was predeceased by : her parents, Grosto Wells and Judith Wells (Castetor); her husband David Clark; her sister Dee Dee Gamble; and her sister-in-law Tami Wells.

She is survived by : her brothers, Tony Wells and Willie Wells; her stepdaughters, Cheyanne Michael (Steven) and Deserae Glad; her grandchildren, Andrew and Everlee; her nieces and nephews, Shiloh, Brandi, Jason, Will, Chris, Josh and April; and her friend Cindy Pryor (Glen).
