He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorsey Oral and Betty Lou Adams (Irby); and his siblings, Margaret Gosnell, Dosey, Jim, Wayne and Mark Adams.
He is survived by: his wife Kay; his daughter Jackie Evans (Quint); and his siblings, Steve, Phil Adams (Kay) and Doris Sanders (Larry). He is also survived by five nephews; ten nieces; and a grand-dog he loved so much, like his own dog.
