He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Brobst and Linda Brobst. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia M. Brobst; his daughters, Julie M. Willoughby (Jim), Chris A. Pasanen (Brent) and Diana L. Gambaiani (Tony); his grandchildren, Case Pasanen (Taylor), Matthew Pasanen, Michael Gambaiani and Mia Gambaiani; his sister Jean Scott; and his brothers-in-law, Scott and Dan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Chuck's name to the Lewy Body Dementia Association (912 Killian Hill Road, South West, Lilburn, Georgia 30047).
