We are sad to announce that on January 21, 2024, at the age of 69, Dale A. Rouch MD (Westfield, Indiana) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Clarence Rouch and Mary Jane Rouch; and his adoptive father Hugh Conerty. He is survived by : his wife Dr. Debra Bergman Rouch (Conerty).

“Dr. Dale Rouch was one of my favorite medical staff physicians at Methodist. He regularly dealt with the most difficult hepato biliary malignances. He epitomized the superb physician, affable, available and competent, with a reasonably aggressive surgical approach. As important as his surgical skills was the fact that nobody had to wait to see him. New proven or possible cancers were seen the next day he was in his always cordial office. We have lost a great physician. William Dugan MD”

Diane Hopen wrote a sympathy message

“Dr Rouch saved my husband‘s life. In August 19 99 he performed a Whipple surgery for giant cell carcinoma of the head of the pancreas. At the time we had little Hope that he would survive but here at age 71 he is healthy and enjoying his 11 grandchildren. This is a gift. Dr. Rouch gave us that we could never thank him enough. God bless you and your family. Bruce and Diane Hopen.”
