He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Birch Wallis (HB) and Florence Wallis (McLain); and his grandfather Grampy. He is survived by: his wife Mindy; and his children, Mark Wallis of Ramsey, NJ, Melissa Chandler (Larry) of Cicero, IN and Emily Rosko (Scot) of Greenwood, IN..
