It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eric David Frazer Dvm of Westfield, Indiana, who passed away on June 4, 2022, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his father Donald Frazer. He is survived by : his mother Sandra Frazer (Dotson); his brother Matthew Frazer; his children, Max, Tristan, Teddy and Ryder; his nieces, Lillian and Faith; and his former life partner Bernadette "Bernie" Frazer. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, and other loving family members.
