He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Skinner and Ernestine Skinner (West) of Sibley; his siblings, Sharon Skinner, Judith Skinner and Ronald Skinner; his brothers-in-law, William Krouse and Ronald Barnes; and his granddaughter Hope Cawthorne.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy (Wiser); his siblings, Mark Skinner (Jane) of Gibson City, IL, Vic Krouse of Champaign, IL and Kay Russell (Russ) of Haslett, TX; and his siblings-in-law, Bernice Skinner of Dwight, IL, Pat Barnes of St. Petersburg, FL, Randy Wiser (Janet) of Hudson, IL and Jack Wiser (Patty) of Fairbury, IL. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Graceland Cemetery (600 E Oak St, Fairbury, IL 61739).
