He was predeceased by: his wife Pamela West Martindale; and his parents, Frederick Martindale and June Martindale. He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer Martindale and Andrea Record (Matt); his stepson David Crider (Crystal); and his grandchildren, Noah, Sydney, Annabelle, Athan, Atley, Arlynn, Oliver and William.
In lieu of flowers, thought and prayers, the family suggests a martini toast, as he had no time for the other nonsense.
