He was predeceased by: his parents, John P. Spencer and Johnna Campbell. He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his daughter Susan Combs (Chris); his grandson Harrison Combs; and his siblings, Janet Murray (Greg), Paul Spencer (Leslie) and Cory Campbell (Rachel). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
