She is survived by: her daughter Dawn Nicole Fountain (Cammeron); her granddaughters, Calli Fountain and Cammi Fountain; her sisters, Becky Galyen (Steve) and Teresa Smith (Tim); and her nieces, Jessica Rae, Ashley Everman, Mandi Collins and Angie Cabana.
A reception was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Rittman Family Funeral Home (3855 25th St, Columbus, IN 47203).
Memorial donations may be made to the Fisher's High School Theatre Department through the funeral home.
