He is survived by: his wife Robin Houtzer Monaghan; his children, Kevin Monaghan (Hallie) and Kellie Flager (Jeff); his siblings, Frances Ryan (Jerry), Catherine Bailey, Michael Monaghan (Beth) and Stephen Monaghan (Stephanie); and his grandchildren, Jacob, Ashley, Brynn, Elaina and Hayden.
