He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Higgins and Patricia Higgins. He is survived by: his children, Angie Simmons, Tim Higgins (Jeanette) and LeeAnn Clifford (Lee); his grandchildren, Amber Pirtle (Doug), Jeffrey Simmons (Sydney), Robby Higgins, Allison Higgins, Benjamin Clifford and Nicholas Clifford; his great grandchild Olivia Anne Pirtle; and his brothers, Ed Higgins and Tom Higgins.
