She is survived by: her sister Donna D'Amico of Westfield; her nephew Robert Tatum (Dana) of Westfield; her niece Tina Cook (Robert) of Salem, NH.; her great-nieces, Jessica Tatum and Christina Cook; and her great-nephew Justin Tatum. She is also survived by many cousins and dear friends.
