She was predeceased by: her parents, Dudley Grubbs and Tabitha Grubbs (Lay); and her siblings, Cecil, Wilbur, Robert, Arvine, Eugene Grubbs, Mollie Harloss, Marguerite Hendricks and Elsie Burnette.
She is survived by: her husband Melvin; her daughter Elaine D. Shaw (Gordon); her grandchildren, Jason C. Shaw (Krista) and Amanda M. Corbin (Clay); and her brother Kenneth Grubbs.
