She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Scheider and Lucille Scheider; her brothers, Danny Schneider and Doug Schneider; and her children, Robby McIntosh, David McIntosh and Janelle Smart.

She is survived by: her husband Gregory Cook; her daughter Gwen Snelson; and her son-in-law Mark. She is also survived by her 11 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Oaklawn Memorial Gardens (9700 Allisonville Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46250). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
