We are sad to announce that, on March 20, 2026, at the age of 46, Toby Thomas Ratts of Westfield, Indiana, born in Bloomington, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Donald, Geneva Deckard, Benjamin and Francis Ratts. He is survived by: his parents, Larry Ratts and Patricia June Ratts; his close friend Frank Jackson; and his siblings, Tracy Ratts (Michelle), Travis Ratts (Jessica) and Melissa Rundell (Jeremy). He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in honor of Toby Thomas Ratts to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
