He is survived by: his significant other Nancy Henderson; his children, DeAnna Sizemore (Brian), Steven Vickery and Jennifer Mann; and his grandchildren, Makayla George, Austin Myers, Patrick Myers, Abby Sizemore and Annabelle Sizemore. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
