It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Samuel Devoe Davis of Westport, Indiana, who passed away on September 19, 2025, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Odie Davis; his siblings, Wayne Davis and Inez Martin; his son Daniel Davis; his son-in-law William Marshall; his wife Oleen Davis; his friend Joann Gregor; and his nephews, Randy and Ron Martin.
He is survived by: his daughter Carolyn Marshall Robbins (Michael); his sisters, Pauline Clark and Bettie Harris; and his grandchildren, Dylan Cox (Shayna), Dustin Marshall (Mellisa), Kevin Marshall and Lori Hinton (David). He is also survived by 16 great grandchildren, and many more loving family members and friends.
