She was predeceased by: her parents, Delaniel Raines and Mary Raines (Senter); her close friend Dixie Johnson; her siblings, Aggie, Jim, David, Shirley and Harold; and her significant other Richard A. Bell.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Bell Jr. (Donna), Roger Bell (Rhonda) and Maria Keeton (Joseph); her grandchildren, Brienna, Rebekah, Amanda, Ashton, Tristan and Katelyn; and her sisters, Dorothy Krause (Les), Helen Ackley and Linda Davis (George). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
