He is survived by: his wife Carol Payne; his daughter Deanna Hofing (Josh); his grandchildren, Bryce and Zayda; his stepson Rex Hayes (Jennifer); his children, Logan, Kyle and Wyatt; his stepdaughter Denise Klopfenstein (Dale); his children, Katrena and Tyler; his siblings, Sharon Provins, Wendy Dike (John) and Ross Carnegie (Linda); and his nephew Donald Provins (Janice).
