He was predeceased by: his parents, Hack Risner and Sadie Risner (Brown); his son Belvie James; and his siblings, Lee, Eveston Risner, Pat Holley, Susan Burns and Mona Risner.
He is survived by: his wife June Risner; his children, Sandra Van Kley (Mitchell), Robert "Bobby" Risner and Andrea Korniak (Andy); and his sister Carolyn Maxwell. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Wheatfield Pentecostal Church in Belvie's honor.
