She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerry Moore and Cheryl Moore (Johnson); and her son David Cantrell. She is survived by: her children, Zane, Benjamin and Waylon; her siblings, Logan Moore and Danah Moore; her nieces and nephews, Melody, Mason and Payton; and also, Sarah and Scott.

Memorial contributions may be made to the family for funeral expenses.
