He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Patrick and Curtis Patrick (Bailey); his wife Genine McCarty; his daughter Sandy Patrick; his granddaughter Megan Sahlhoff; and his brother Marvin Patrick.
He is survived by: his children, Diane Cleveland (Mike), Charles Jr. "Bub" Patrick (Cindy) and Beth Burke (Bryan); and his siblings, Pauline Steffel, Aileen Clindaniel, Franklin Patrick (Carol), Geraldine Hinman, Rosalee Douglas and Truman Patrick (Bonnie). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, May 11th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Boersma Funeral Home (90 E Grove St, Wheatfield, IN 46392). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, May 12th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Oak Grove Primitive Baptist Church (501 E 550 N, Rensselaer, IN 47978).
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Oak Grove Primitive Baptist Church.
