He is survived by: his pets, Pepper, Jewel and Addie; his children, Charles Jr. Scott (Brenda), James Scott (Nancy), Sharon Gilbert (Joe), Dawn Stalbaum (Dean) and Christena Oestreich (Gary); and his grandchildren, Patrick, Marisa, Zachary Scott, Brett, Justin, Kalep Scott, Kelli Greer, Meghan, Christopher and Matthew Stalbaum. He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren, 3 step grandchildren, and 7 step great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Wheatfield Volunteer Fire Department.
