He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Sullivan and Eleanor Sullivan (Barnhart); his wife Katherine M. Pettet; and his siblings, Leon Sullivan, Russell Sullivan, Allen Sullivan, Barbara Vail, Jerry and Sandra Sullivan.
He is survived by: his children, Sarah Trosper and Paul Sullivan; and his sisters, Karen Vaughn (Everett) and Judy Fitch (Daril). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren.
