He was predeceased by: his father Frank Bailey Sr.; and his grandparent Jesse Bailey (Florida). He is survived by: his mother Susan Wall (Bailey); his children, Megan Williams, Dalton Williams and Taylor Bailey; his siblings, Jason Wall (Tonya), Josh Wall, Maylin Wall and Frank Bailey Jr.; and his goddaughter Ella Wall. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
