He is survived by: his wife Margaret Milbourn; his children, Kathleen Fritts (Mike), John Herman (Giani), Donald Milbourn (Dawn), Dewayne Milbourn (Sandy Smith), Pamela Stewart (Ronald) and Jeff Milbourn; his brothers, Gary Milbourn (Linda) and Kenneth Milbourn (Deborah); and his daughters-in-law, Phyllis Milbourn and Melissa Milbourn. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren.
