He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Hetrick and Phyllis Hetrick (Stewart); and his sister-in-law Kristina Hetrick. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Hendry; his children, Ian Mathers, Racheal Hetrick (Brittney) and Nathan Hetrick (Virginia); and his siblings, Marvin Hetrick (Cathy), Gregory Hetrick (Vicky), Danny Hetrick and Cindy Barber (Gary). He is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Ronald McDonald House at Riley's Children's Hospital.
