He was predeceased by: his parents, Alva Dayton and Virgie Parton; and his son Jason Parton. He is survived by: his son Jon Parton (Shelly) of Bargersville, Indiana; his siblings, Linda Emerson of Rhode Island and Ronnie Parton of Kentucky; and his grandchildren, Damon (Morgan), Dayton and Dakota. He is also survived by many Aunts, Uncles, and cousins and many wonderful friends.
