He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Eva, Larry Slinker and James Henderson; and his uncles, Larry and Jerry Slinker.
He is survived by: his parents, Jason Slinker and Jennifer Slinker; his sister Alexis Slinker; his sibling's children, Aiden Slinker and Evie Miedzianowski; his fiancé McKenzie Harold; his grandparents, Dan and Pamela Kershner; his aunts and uncles, Melissa, Chris West, Amy and Paul Donica; and his cousins, Macy, Mallory, Madison, Mackenzie, Emily, Cole and Isabelle.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 12:30 PM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home (3855 25th St, Columbus, IN 47203).
