Philomena Ross Obituary

We announce the death of Philomena Ross of Whiteland, Indiana, who passed away on August 25, 2026, at the age of 99. Philomena will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred L. Beck and Philomena Beck (Duggan); her husband Hugh J. Ross; and her sister Barbara Jean Beaching. She is survived by: her brother Thomas A. Beck; her children, Fred Ross, Connor Ross (Laura Scheidler), Carolyn Mann (Thomas Mann), Casey Ross and Christopher Ross; her grandchildren, Julie Howard (Jess Howard), Jesse Ross (Megan Ross), Jason Ross (Becky Ross), Jordan Ross (Hayley Ross), Jenny Ross, Katie Ross, Kevin Ross and Kelsey Ross; and her great grandchildren, Cari Ross, Cooper Ross, Calla Ross, Riley Ross, Ramsey Ross, Jacob Howard and Haydan Ross.

A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 11:00 AM.
