He is survived by: his wife Brenda Dianne Higgins (Bowman); his daughters, Annette Bartlett (Perry), Peggy Higgins and Connie Burk (Troy); his grandchildren, Kayson, Kylo, Amber, Dalton, Joel, Lacey and Noah; and his sister Barbara Gordon.
