He is survived by: his wife Joy Gay Woodall (McCray) of Whiteland, IN; his children, Chelie Gay of Greenwood, IN and William Joseph Woodall; his daughter-in-law Kasi Sue of Greenwood, IN; his grandchildren, Ciara Joy Kelley, Benjamin Neil Kelley, Donavin Joseph Woodall, Kyla Sue Woodall and Spencer Michael Woodall; his great grandchild Vincent Swan Kelley of Greenwood Indiana; and his siblings, Arlen Woodall (Brenda) of Trafalgar, IN, Patty Bechert (Joe) of Shelbyville, IN, Rebecca Black (James) of Franklin, IN, Brenda Caldwell (Jim) of Shelbyville, IN and David Woodall (Pamela) of North Vernon, IN.
