He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Phillip and Dorothy Louise Ludington (Franklin); and his pets, Buddy, Jax and Lucy.
He is survived by: his children, Kenneth J. Ludington of Paducah and Jennifer A. Ludington of Eagan, Minnesota; his stepchildren, Jessica Warner (Matthew) of Grand Rapids, Jacob Bush (Ashley) of Granville, Joseph Bush (Ashley) of Newman, Amanda Dye (Ben) of Zionsville and Aaron Storey (Meredith) of Paris; and his grandchildren, Tara, Isaac Ludington, Leo, Jack Warner, Cayden, Brenley Bush, Braxton, Haylee Buckler, Brielle, Conrad Dye, Emmett and Eli Storey.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Templeton Funeral Home - Paris (600 E Court St, Paris, IL 61944). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Ernie Eveland Gymnasium (306 S Central Ave, Paris, IL 61944).
For those who wish, the family suggests that memorials be made to Paris Cooperative High School Athletic Department in his name.
