Though Ann may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Ann leaves behind.
She was predeceased by : her husband Stanley F. Matusik; and her parents, Jan Mis and Mary Mis (Pytel). She is survived by : her children, John (Kathy), Linda Rex (Ronald), James (JoAnne) and Buscia; and her sister-in-law Jeannie Macek (Ray). She is also survived by her grandkids and great grandkids.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to St. Adalbert Church, Whiting or the St. Jude Children's Hospital, would be appreciated.
