Colleen Ksiazek Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Colleen Ksiazek of Whiting, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 5, 2025 at the age of 59. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Colleen Ksiazek to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Sneed and Ruth Sneed; and her right-hand man Kyle. She is survived by: her husband Tom "Shorty" Ksiazek; her children, Thomas Kziazek, Jr., Tiffany Ksiazek (Nick), Ashley Swanstrom (Matt), Travis Wolford (Krista) and Samantha Wolford (Ryan); her grandchildren, Cyaira, Braxton, Tearson, Hazel, Ava Rose, Brenlee and Scottlynn; and her siblings, Jim Crocker (late Peg), Carl Crocker, Robert Sneed (Mike), Joey Sneed (Kim), Dawny Sneed and Richie Sneed (Nancy). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; great nieces and great nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 8th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the LaHayne Funeral Home (6955 Southeastern Ave, Hammond, IN 46324). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 8th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
She was also member of Eagles Post 3117 Women's Auxiliary; and proudly served as Founder and President of The Tommy G. Memorial Foundation for Riley's Children's Hospital in Indianapolis. At the request of family, in lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Riley Children's Hospital, Indianapolis.
