He was predeceased by : his parents, Stephen J. Jurek and Anne V. Jurek (Ruzbasan); and his brother Mark Jurek (Eileen). He is survived by : his fiancée Patricia Applegate; his siblings, Theresa Florek (Jim), Jim Jurek (Carol), Steven Jurek (Peggy), Celeste Motherwell (Dan), Tom Jurek and Annie Schutz (Rich); and his aunt Dolores White (late Bill).
