He was predeceased by : his parents, Bernard Kuzma and Denise Kuzma (Bente); and his brothers, Bernard, Michael and Steve Kuzma.
He is survived by : his wife Maria; his daughters, Karen Kuzma, Julie Kuzma (Jonathan Bailon) and Diana Trevino; and his grandchildren, Jacob Kuzma, Sophia Bailon and JJ Bailon.
