He is survived by: his daughter Theresa Bubacz (Thomas); his grandchildren, Gregory J. Plemons (Erica), Joshua Plemons (Jennifer), Christin Martinczak (Kevin), Olivia Plemons, Brianna DeVries (Corey), Christian, Adelyn, Kyle, Cody, Emma Plemons and Daisy DeVries; his siblings, Lil Atterberry and Dude; and his caregivers, Rene, Brittney, Mary and Laura.
