With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kathryn Kalwinski of Whiting, Indiana, who passed away on January 26, 2026 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Kathryn departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Kathryn. Though Kathryn may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She is survived by: her pets, Christine Kiraly, William Kiraly, Ann Marie Timko, Ann Kiraly and Andrew Kiraly; her husband Myron; and her son Nicholas. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
