She was predeceased by : her husband William M. Furtak; and her parents, Steve Miller and Mary Miller (Humenick). She is survived by : her son David Furtak; her brother Gerald Miller (Pamela); her niece Eileen Allison (Keith); and her nephew Jonathan Miller (Katie Bellis).
