She was predeceased by: her husband Andrew Hlebasko; her daughter Diane Estep (Joseph); her sister Lois "Mitzi" Siadek (late Gerald); and her parents, Metro Kornafel and Mary Kornafel (Chilla).
She is survived by: her children, Patti Boudos (Mark), Susan Hlebasko, Michael Hlebasko (JoAnn) and Gregory Hlebasko (Tracie); her grandchildren, Amy Estep Slinker, Joseph Estep (Stacie), Michael (Amber), Christopher (Lauren), Jennifer Hlebasko, Andrew (Katie), Nicholas Hlebasko (Jennifer) and Olivia Grady (Troy, Jr.); her great grandchildren, Anthony, Ava, Samantha, Lincoln, Alina, Logan and Adelaide; and her sister Carole Chambers (late Thomas). She is also survived by her children and grandchildren, Nancy was devoted to her family.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Accessibility to Beauty Campaign at St. Mary Assumption Byzantine Catholic Church, Whiting, would be appreciated.
