He is survived by: his parents, Gary Phillips and Nellie Phillips (Thompson) of Williams; his daughter MacKenzie Phillips of Bloomington; his grandmother Joyce Eubank of Shoals; and his siblings, Carolyn Phillips of Indianapolis, Matthew Phillips of Mitchell and Nate Pearson of Indianapolis. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
