Joyce Martin Obituary
We announce the death of Joyce Martin of Williamsburg, Indiana, who passed away on September 24, 2026, at the age of 79. Joyce will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Branstetter and Martha A. Frye Branstetter; her husband Jerry Martin; her sons, Lee Martin and Ron Martin; and her siblings, Carol Locke, Dovey Higa, Roy Wayne Branstetter and Moses Branstetter.
She is survived by: her children, Mary (Mark Kendall), Marla (Scott Raines), Lisa (Daniel Schwegman), Jason Martin and Ken (Mary Martin); and her sisters, Edna Peters and Judy Hulett. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 38 great-grandchildren, 5 great-great-grandson.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Smith-McQuiston & Webster Funeral Home (321 US Hwy 27, Fountain City, IN 47341). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
