He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman "Gene" Swaney and Betty Swaney (Daniels); and his parents-in-law, James and Genell Weaver. He is survived by: his daughters, Hillary Brier (Jason) of Attica and Heather Jones (Robert) of Williamsport; his grandchildren, Gage Swaney (Sadie Osborn), Gatlin Swaney (Makenzie Martin), Easton Brier, Gwyndelyn Henk and Sloan Brier; his siblings, Dan Swaney (Jane) and Vickie Earles; his brother-in-law Robert Weaver; and his pet Lucy.
