High; his siblings, Phillip High, Jr. (Shirley) and Shelly Fenters; his grandchildren, Hudson C. High of Weeki Wachee, FL and Allison High; his stepgrandchildren, Jordan Rose (Jason) and Sara M. Neary of Lancaster, PA; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Declan Rose of Ft. Riley, KS., Elowyn Rose of Ft. Riley, KS. and Rowan Rose of Ft. Riley, KS..
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Williamsport Little League and Softball League or to the Williamsport Boy Scouts.
