He is survived by : his wife Lisa Allen of Winamac; his mother Rita Jachim (Shidler) of Winamac; his siblings, Kevin Hayes of Vero Beach, Nathan Jachim of Winamac and Leslie Jachim of Indianapolis; his stepfather Paul Lewis Jachim of Winamac; and his in-laws, Carol, Mick Hoffman of Winamac, Larry and Betty Allen of Winamac. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
