She was predeceased by : her parents, Joseph Sirovy and Virginia Sirovy; and her brother Joseph Sirovy. She is survived by : her children, Sandy McSurley of Westville, IN, William Eubanks of La Porte, IN and Charles Eubanks of La Porte, IN; her siblings, Jonathan Sirovy, Elizabeth, Mary, Margie, Virginia and JoAnne; her granddaughters, Michelle and Lynne Eubanks; and her great grandchild Jasmine.
