Jack D. Beauchamp Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jack D. Beauchamp in Winamac, Indiana, who passed away on October 8, 2025 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Burson Beauchamp and Margaret Beauchamp (Folkers). He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his stepchildren, John Walker (Tina) of Sharon Springs, NY, Patricia Richason (Doug), Angela Beauchamp (Caroline Hinkley) of Galisteo, NM, April Walker Stemple (Shawn Bandy) of Loveland, CO, Beth Beauchamp Lichty of Plymouth, IN, Nancy Walker and G. Phillip Walker (Erin); his grandchildren, Shay Walker of Harrisburg, PA, Dane Walker of Cobleskill, NY, Austin Richason, Drew Richason, Miya Braxton (David), Grant DeWitt of Logansport, Grant Walker and Aaron Walker of Elkhart, IN; his brother-in-law Phillip Conn; and his siblings, Richard Beauchamp and Kay Rose. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and his cat.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Kroeger-Crain Funeral Home (711 E Market St, Logansport, IN 46947).
